Booking Policies

•    Deposits: All appointments require a non-refundable deposit, payable online at the time of booking.

    •    Punctuality: Clients must arrive at the barbershop at least 5 minutes before their scheduled appointment.

If you anticipate being late, please notify the barber directly via Instagram or phone call. A 15-minute grace period may be granted.

Failure to communicate may result in the appointment being cancelled without a refund, or a late fee may be applied.

    •    Conduct: Any form of rudeness or aggression toward staff or clients will not be tolerated. Such behavior will result in immediate cancellation of your appointment without a refund.

•    Cancellations:

If you’re unable to attend your appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to remain eligible for a deposit refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.

To receive your refund for a cancelled appointment, you must notify the barber directly to confirm the cancellation has been received.
